🍅 Quick Rasam with Agrahara Bhojanam Rasam Podi !!!

 

🧂 Ingredients

  • Tamarind Water – 1 cup (adjust to taste)

  • Tomato – 1 (chopped)

  • Agrahara Bhojanam Rasam Podi – 2 tbsp (or as needed)

  • Salt – to taste

For Tempering:

  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp

  • Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp

  • Dry Red Chillies – 2


👩‍🍳 How to Prepare

  • In a pan, combine tamarind water, chopped tomato, Agrahara Bhojanam Rasam Podi, and salt.

    • Mix well.

  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil until the aroma rises.

  • In a small pan, heat ghee.

    • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chillies.

    • Sauté until fragrant and the mustard seeds splutter.

  • Pour the tempering into the boiling rasam and mix well.

  • Serve hot with steamed rice, or enjoy it as a spicy, tangy soup.


🌿 Tip

✨ Add a handful of fresh coriander leaves and a dash of black pepper for extra aroma and flavor!
