🍅 Quick Rasam with Agrahara Bhojanam Rasam Podi !!!
🧂 Ingredients

Tamarind Water – 1 cup (adjust to taste)

Tomato – 1 (chopped)

Agrahara Bhojanam Rasam Podi – 2 tbsp (or as needed)

Salt – to taste
For Tempering:

Ghee – 1 tbsp

Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp
-
Dry Red Chillies – 2
👩🍳 How to Prepare

In a pan, combine tamarind water, chopped tomato, Agrahara Bhojanam Rasam Podi, and salt.

Mix well.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil until the aroma rises.

In a small pan, heat ghee.

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chillies.

Sauté until fragrant and the mustard seeds splutter.

Pour the tempering into the boiling rasam and mix well.

Serve hot with steamed rice, or enjoy it as a spicy, tangy soup.
